6 Bread slices
2 Tbsp Oil
FOR SAUCE
3 Spring Onion Finely chopped
2 Inch Ginger Finely Chopped
1 Whole Garlic Finely Chopped
1 Capsicum Finely Chopped
1 Onion Finely Chopped
2 -3 Green Chilli
1/2 Capsicum Bulb
1 Onion Bulb
SAUCES USED
1.5 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
Oil For Cooking
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Sugar
Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
Sesame seeds

Why wouldn't you toast the bread first before slicing it into pieces? That way the process will be faster and you'll get evenly toasted on the both sides too.
