If Capcom did not make an agreement that it will be like Karate Champ and Yie Ar Kung Fu. If Capcom makes that type of agreement, they cannot go against it, because it ruins the original way it was meant to be played like.

I like this version better. If those AI characters were sent as bosses in a Street Fighter adventure game, or a replacement of those AI characters as bosses, can that be done? A match against some of those AI characters is unfair, because a few of them can knock you out in a few hits. Can that still be legal, especially for a 2-player versus mode? If I remember correctly, there is a game where I remember something like that being done in. In Soul Calibur 2, I remember using Nightmare, and he can knock out opponents in a few hits, or probably certain opponents in a few hits.

I agree with you, but Capcom will never make it, because the first Street Fighter game was supposed to be like Karate Champ and Yie Ar Kung Fu, and making all those characters playable ruins the original idea.

Whoever wrote Geki ending didn't go by the UDON comic's canon, in which Geki is actually the name of a ninja clan, and they're villains.

Someone said that Capcom was probably too lazy to remake Street Fighter 1 or they probably were afraid that the sale would still be poor if they remade it. I think Street Fighter 1 sold well in Japan, but not in America, because I think Street Fighter 2 would not be released. The second Street Fighter game was Street Fighter 2010: The Final Fight, and I think I read that game did a bad sale, so there will not be any Street Fighter games like that anymore. If the first two games did a bad sale, then a third one cannot be made. Sorry about my long comment.

That was a great ending for Geki. I like how you've made him a dark hero of sorts, vowing to lead his clan and fight to protect humanity. Shame they never developed his backstory. BTW, did you take inspiration from Sub-Zero's ending in Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance?

Looks interesting, but the CPU blocks too much to get a KO. Time runs out and the attacks don't seem to do enough damage to account for the short time limit. But still an interesting game.

Wish this game came out with the characters and supers. A "true" remake of Street Fighter will be a great void filled for players who never played the original game back in 1987.

I hate the first Street Fighter game. I used to think this was a good idea, but after seeing that the first Street Fighter game was supposed to be like Karate Champ and Yie Ar Kung Fu, I realized that it was a horrible idea to remake the game like that (with all characters being playable), because it ruins how the game was originally supposed to be like. What if Activision owned Street Fighter? I think they would be against the original idea, or probably not. In the Crash racing games, all the boss characters were supposed to be playable, but in the first Street Fighter game, the AI characters were never meant to be playable, but some of them became playable characters in the later Street Fighter games.

@@farram I know that, but I like how cool Retsu and Joe's stages are remade for them like how Retsu's stage takes place in the morning while Ryu's takes place at sunset and Joe's stage has cloudy skies while Ken's has clear skies.

affansonicfan put your mp3 music in sound folder and change every stage on stages folder with name of your music.

OS Farram there's no access to the sound folder. Street fighter 1 mugen is different than normal mugen. All the files seem to.be jammed into one file, and the file can't be opened

I think Geki was replaced by a different fighter. Someone realized it, and I did not believe the person, but fans been telling Capcom, and they also did say about character replacement, so that person was correct.
