Fun fact: UndertaleModTool works on NGC's data . win file. Lets you rip any sprite or sound you'd like!

@@DaKoobFrom2006 basically, the NGC "fan"game runs the same engine undertale has (game maker) so yeah. Edit: so i think the reason why i put "fan" in fangame in quotation marks is because of cosbydaf (he did the sprites for that game and possibly even supported by him, who knows.)
