❥ So this is something ain't it?
⇢ Well well well, look at this. isn't this crazy??? that this mugen is ALREADY done? well, let's talk about it (before you download it please read this)
So, I know I mentioned tons of times that this mugen had around 7k slots well, that's because I took this at face value and from this post here (aka the post where I got the screenpack from) www.andersonke... and this came with around 2k slots, and no instructions on how to do the 7k slots. even so...imagine seeing SOOOO many gaps and can't do anything about it because the character's names don't show up at all in the roster select LMAO. so yeah, uhmmm
⇢ Not much to say but, this wasn't 7k as I thought, this was really easy to fill up, and also this was really around 2k slots. I am not going back and making this 7k, if you want a 7k character roster that I made you're free to go to my svcum 1.1 hi-res mugen roster and go here: • My SVCUM 2009 Hi-res 1... and have fun with that one but for those who want a mugen with around 2k chars and most of the gaps being yknow just chars with no protraits and some well yknow actually missing idk then you're free to get them here. and good news at least MOST of the chars work :D the songs for this mugen be so catchy too.

✰ ┊ REMEMBER, I have said this tons of times but it's best I say it once more. but please, upgrade the ram of your PC or, invest in a affordable gaming pc within your budget. trust me, you'll have a much better time and experience playing mugens with a excellent PC or an upgrade of ram for your lovely PC. you might even able to play games you weren't able to play years ago before with this said upgrade. so do what you will with that information. also, please invest in high speed internet or make download managers apart of your life c: why? well this was around 81.1 GB before being compressed into a rar/zip file :D

✰ ┊ Disclaimers as per usual....
● You can remove/add chars as you please
● You can remove/replace non-working/crash inducing chars
● You can remove/add stages as you please.
● If you have issues downloading a mugen, make use of a download manager, increase your internet speed (if you can afford it) or, just utilize your resources and research a fix for it (cuz sometimes it would even be out of my hands to fix it)
● If there's a char on here you dislike, due to personal reasons or so, feel free to remove them. (good luck with that)
● Sezuire warning for a few characters on there, some got some pretty flashy movesets. if anything happens stop playing immediately if you have epilepsy.
● Some of these characters have horror elements, if horror is not your thing you're free to remove those characters (I'm talkin jumpscares, demonic messaging/symbolism, and dark imagery btw).
Last but not least.....
● If you upload this mugen anywhere else and I mean ANYWHERE even your own discord server, PLEASE GIVE CREDIT! you know very well you ain't made this roster, so when uploading mention/link my channel please or, feel free to even link my discord and/or socials instead.
☄Also, if you didn't read my community post or announcement from yesterday for now on this section you won't get this but, let me explain. from now, on I will put the status of when I accept mugen requests; such as characters and rosters. if you ignore the status and you still ask for a mugen request when it's closed I will ignore you/block you :D

You should've used 7z's native format that uses LZMA, it might've been way slower for you and the like but it would make downloading this way more tolerable (it compresses better than both rar and zip)

That's to be expected with MUGEN as compression ain't exactly good (it was developed by an independent studio and not a AAA company like Nintendo or whatever)

@@SLZeroArrow it's the characters size alone I'm pretty sure stages probably 10% really hope Mugen before it's abandoned have some kind compressed sprites or type of thing and I know if u save the sprite as Mugen 1.1 the size will be reduced by 30-40% percents but also it will make some sprite to higher color bit and that will give you lag sometime unless you have beast PC and highest Mugen char I seen had like almost 300mb sprites like gah dang bro like song Goku by 280gou , Kyo amnesia etc..

@@SLZeroArrow and I been searching for Mugen character lately and truth to be say there is like unlimited amount of it there is always a character that's going to be my favorite but can't add due to storage issue yea there is ikemen but not all character work for ikemen since it's a remake not Mugen improved version because closed open source unfortunately..
