彡 Surprise surprise, another anime based mugen roster for you all to play with. so, this mugen roster is NOT strictly JUS please read EVERYTHING in this description.
so let's get into it. so this mugen consists of every anime character I can fit it in here. there are a bunch of pokemon, digimon, naruto, dragon ball z, etc... on top of that, has of course around 3,000+ of these chars, there's full-sized, chibi, and JUS. there's also, custom music as well that I played in the select, versus, and main menu :D credits and song names of these songs are in the lower part of the description.
彡This of course as a total of 150+ stages, and a lot of music for these said stages. so you're probably wondering is this the last time I'm doing this? yes. because, this in my experience and research have a whole bunch of chars of every anime that is available for mugen. & just a interesting fact, this was originally going to be Legacy mugen 3500+ slots except anime edition but, as per usual mugen 1.1 is a BITCH to run on this computer. even though I have 16gb of ram, changed a few things in the mugen.cfg and even added the 4gb patch and NOTHING wants to work for it lol how I managed to even release it 2 years ago is beyond me lol and the joke edition too. either way, this mugen includes and not discriminating to:
𓆩☻𓆪Anime based/novel based chars (meaning there is touhou, melty blood, under night in-birth)
𓆩☻𓆪Anime chars based off of video games (meaning, dangoronpa, genshin impact, etc..)
and, last but not least...
𓆩☻𓆪Just content that has anime in general. meaning, that if it looks like an anime it is most likely on here lol, even if it isn't considered an anime to some. if it's from japan and it's an anime. weather it's a game or a visual novel, it is on this roster. but I will say this chars, that are excluded are chars from franchises like marvel, dc, street fighter, kof, etc....
彡You're probably wondering? why, those games are from japan so why not have that? well, it's because imo those are not considered anime or even look remotely like an anime game. they are more under the category of just japanese gaming media but, not actually yknow anime type of media. yes, it does have anime adaptions but those don't count well in my opinion. this probably a controvesial take but, it's just how I see it yknow? because let's be fr if I do add street fighter, kof and such chars a like it wouldn't really look or feel like a anime based mugen. if I made a mugen based on ONLY japanese content then yes they would be included but that's for another time and day.

✰ ┊ Disclaimers as per usual....
● You can remove/add chars as you please
● You can remove/replace non-working/crash inducing chars
● You can remove/add stages as you please.
● If you have issues downloading a mugen, make use of a download manager, increase your internet speed (if you can afford it) or, just utilize your resources and research a fix for it (cuz sometimes it would even be out of my hands to fix it)
● If there's a char on here you dislike, due to personal reasons or so, feel free to remove them. (good luck with that)
● Sezuire warning for a few characters on there, some got some pretty flashy movesets. if anything happens stop playing immediately if you have epilepsy.
● Some of these characters have horror elements, if horror is not your thing you're free to remove those characters (I'm talkin jumpscares, demonic messaging/symbolism, and dark imagery btw).
Last but not least.....
● If you upload this mugen anywhere else and I mean ANYWHERE even your own discord server, PLEASE GIVE CREDIT! you know very well you ain't made this roster, so when uploading mention/link my channel please or, feel free to even link my discord and/or socials instead.
☄Also, if you didn't read my community post or announcement from many many days ago for now on this section you won't get this but, let me explain. from now, on I will put the status of when I accept mugen requests; such as characters and rosters. if you ignore the status and you still ask for a mugen request when it's closed I will ignore you/block you :D
