祢真偉大 How Great Thou Art _ 台北靈糧堂雅音詩班 (中英字幕版)

這首詩歌的作詞者是出生於瑞典的年輕牧師Carl Boberg(1859～1940)，曾擔任基督徒週報編輯，也曾任瑞典國會議員。詩歌的創作靈感源於1880年夏天，某一日Boberg出外郊遊，突然間，雷聲隆隆，大雨傾盆，卻在轉瞬之間雨過天晴，大地展現清澈明朗，Boberg被創造主的奇妙大工所感動，寫下了九段詩章，將之分為兩節，配上瑞典民謠曲調。詩歌經由他講道時，與信徒分享，而在瑞典流傳開來。1907年被譯為德文，1927年自德文譯成俄文。同年，英國宣教士Stuart K. Hint(1899～1898)到烏克蘭傳道，聽到這首詩歌又將它譯成英文，1948年，Hint去探望一個因反對共產主義而流亡的俄人難民營，有感於許多在當中信主的俄國人期盼「何時才能回到故鄉？」，於是寫下了第三節歌詞，描述當主再來，接我們回永恆天家時的喜樂、榮耀之美景。本詩歌也經由葛理翰佈道團而流傳全球。1974年被基督教論壇報將之與「奇異恩典」並列為現代最熱門的二首聖詩。
