I remember in 2012 where this video was recommended to me by youtube. Even though i didn't know the lyrics at that time, I still feel the sense of beautiful message being conveyed in the vocals. When I try to push my luck for MEXT, I decided to visit this video again in 2017 and finally I can understand the lyrics. 8 years has passed and this song is more relevant than ever. This is only my opinion, I think the song is talking about how life doesn't go as you imagine. That even thou it's hard to accept something. We have to move on. In the story one of them had a dream of becoming a doctor or something. She wanted to help a lot of people, but when she knew that she had some health problems. She gave up that dream. Her boyfriend tried to do something for her. He tried to fullfill her dreams, but it wasn't that easy. He tried his best and failed. They thought that everything is finished, that they won't be able to do something. In the end they realized that even thou they failed they tried there best to surpass the challenges in front of them. And that they should look forward rather looking into the past. This is what i think of the song's message. Hope it helps
