Oh, I wish I could do this more often. The drive to the coast of NC from the QTH (to this particular area) is about 6.5 - 7 hours depending on traffic. One way! :)

Awesome, the case you use for your KX2 is the same tyoe or brand I use for my MTR-4b. I should take my Anatolian Pyrenees mix on my next activation :) Happy New Year! Glad I made the log, yeah lots of QSB that day. BTW, I was home for lunch and heard you on HamAlert and didn't have time to change my bug to a lower speed, sorry about that.
