The better shell loses 20mm of pen for a anti-ERA tip which is much more powerful than a extra 20mm of penetration.

let you change the range without using the rangefinder, its how you get the HE-MultiPurpouse rounds to not airburst

Works in Both Public and Prívate servers with console, but if in ww2 tanks and early/mid cold war tanks do not have automatic Rangefinder
