The MacBook Pro and its M2 Pro chip have been on my desk, in my bag and here on holiday with me in France for the past 6 months.

I filmed this video entirely on the iPhone 14 Pro. The quality probably isn’t a high as usual but it was fun trying out a massively portable setup and proves that you don’t really need a camera to get started on KZbin. Let me know what you think!

hi! loved your video and insight. i have the macbook pro 15 with retina display since 2016 for architecture and design, it’s been pretty great but a week ago, the macbook died and now im looking for a new one. in your experience, do you recommend me the m2 pro 14 or 16. (at the moment, i do mostly graphic design and some editing for videos) 💗

Thanks for watching! A friend of mine is an architect and he actually uses the 14" M1 Pro version. It supports all of the programs he needs for his job. I think it just depends on how much space you feel you'll need for your design work, and whether you plan to use an external monitor. I'm fine on the 14" but I could see how real professionals could find it a little cramped. Might be worth checking in at an Apple Store to how each device feels for you.

I've been working with the base M2 Pro (10-core, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) for a couple of months, found it new for €500 less than the Apple site. I do advanced video editing (4k 6k, blackmagic raw) and I still haven't been able to put it in trouble! Never a hesitation and amazing render and export times! Better than the 10-core M1 Pro, which was cost more. Now it's the Macbook to have (for me) Ps. I prefer Space Gray, but that's a matter of taste!

Awesome. Sounds like a great deal. I used to be Space Grey everything but then we decided to paint our house brighter colours and the silver just fits in a lot better.

@@colin6711 Hi. It's just a matter of taste. There is no one better. I had a silver Macbook Pro and, perhaps also for this reason, now I prefer a slightly darker color and a less evident contrast with the keyboard. I bought it in Italy, in a reliable store different from Apple
