If you are wondering why the M24 bullet (the same as the FAL) can penetrate the T6 helmet so easily, it is caused by 2 things: 1. The bullet used is M61, which is a T6 Bullet so the Penetration Level is equivalent to the Helmet Defense Level 2. The damage effectiveness of the M24 increases drastically because it is used to shoot targets at close range, don't Foget the M24 is a Bolt-Action weapon
