M25 London Orbital Motorway - Complete Lap Clockwise

Driving a full circuit of the M25 London Orbital Motorway. Starting from Junction 15 on the slip road from the M4, completing a lap and then leaving from junction 16 on to the M40.
It was a nice sunny day and thankfully the traffic was light. The only delay came just before the Dartford Crossing, where traffic hardly moved for around 6 and a half minutes. I've left that footage in, but if you want to skip it, just jump to junction 30/31 from the bookmarks below.
The complete loop took just short of 1 hour 58 minutes.

A lot of people think it's a complete circle around London but it's actually C shape because when you use the Dartford crossing (bridge or tunnels) that bit is A282.

Joined the M25 at the M4 junction - a route I have taken many times, from Swindon where I live, to Essex to visit family!

M25 is C shaped because the Dartford crossing is A282.

I live North of the M25. On the rare occasion we got further south than M3 I always thought I was a baddie on the dark side of the orbital 😈

My favourite junctions are J 31/J 1 Dartford crossing and J 7 M25-M23 (multi level bridge I call it marble run)

They seem like it at first but they’re actually really easy after you get used to the speed, since everything is designed around going at a high speed and the other vehicles will be travelling at a similar speed to you.
