Ya know Phly, whenever you are using a tank like this, there's actually options in the ground vehicle settings to make it so you can switch which gun you're using. Makes it a lot easier to aim the 75mm gun. Also, it's one of the best low-tier tanks in the US tree IMO.

The best at this BR has to be the M4A3 105 baby jumbo though. 10 second reload on that derp cannon and you can really bounce stuff off that armor at that tier, plus it has a great engine and stabilizers and a smoke launcher, AT 2.7? It's just nutty. Only problem is volumetric shells.

btw if you feel like setting up even more keybinds for this game you can actually make it so that you can control your primary, secondary, and machine guns separately and if will let you use the gunner sights for each of them when you have that one selected, so you could use your 75mm gun sight when your turret is out

The m3 is by far one of my favorites in the game especially when you're actually at 2.7 you angle the big turret and wait for people and they have no idea what to do. I've gone on like 15 kill streaks against waves of Germans and it's super enjoyable.

The way I play the lee is hull down with your 75 poking out covering a lane and the 37 poking out of cover to spot and plink at far range, if I try to push I oof immediately but it’s a fun tank if you don’t die in the first wave

when i grinded american tree, i was once in m3 in a corner at cap, and there was one enemy around front corner, and one on side corner. i turned turret, and adjustet hull, they pushed me at same time, and i killed them both. that was so fun. a bit tricky to use both guns in the right moment, and if you turn turret, hull gun turns too, so you have to adjust hull to make it work
