Mem, ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. പക്ഷേ (1) quantity of water ((2) വേവ് സമയം ( cooking time) (3) curry leaves (4) Garam Masala/mutton masala / somp ( പെരും ജീരകം)/ (Kashmiri / actually Andhra) Mirchi/ - quantity varies from person to person. Even brand / type/ quality of oil, mainly I forgot to say the heat level of frying are main important factors. I liked your way presentation and no harm except cooking time. Washing/ cleaning time told is perfect 3 to 4 times. Thanks madam. Keep on posting . Me and wife

Hi Sudhakaran, thanks for your valuable feedback. I agree that the quantity of ingredients will vary with the brand and type. Cooking time as you mentioned depends on the meat type. Here I have got very tender mutton meat and it got cooked well within 35 to 40 min. I missed to mention on the cooking time depending on the meat in the video. Hi, thanks for your comments. For this recipe I have taken 1 1/2 inch length of cinnamon stick, 5 to 6 cloves and 1/2 star anise. These were dry roasted and grinded.

Hi Sanju, I have made the mutton curry using very tender mutton meat. Hence this got cooked in 35 to 40 minutes. Depending on the meat, cooking time will get increased. I missed to mention the same in the video. Thanks for asking and for your feedback.
