300gm mutton
2 1/2 glass kolam rice
8 green chilli + 1/2 cup coriander leaves = paste
1 medium size onion
3 medium size potato
1 cup peas
3 bay leaf
3 cinamon stick
2 black cardomom
1/2 tsp coriadner seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 star anise
4 cloves
8-10 black pepper
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tomato
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
50gm curd
salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
