We can make several varieties with it like mutton biryani, mutton keema curry, keema paratha, mutton haleem etc. In this video, I have shown a royal Mutton Shammi Kebab recipe which has been loved by so many people for a long time now. This Shammi kebab is easy to make. All you need to do is to cook mutton with a certain ingredients first and then add a few more to make kebabs out of the mutton mixture to finally cook the kebabs. These kebabs are best served hot along with onion, lemon slices, mint coriander chutney by the side.
