Nice. One question - in Fish Manglorean style - grated coconut & pinch of carrom seeds ( ajwain)are added. How come in chicken Manglorean style cinnamon & cloves are added and not the above 2 ingredients?. After all the gassi or gravy should be consistent whether one makes fish or chicken rt?

Gasi is not the same for fish n chicken.. pulimunchi is done without grated coconut be in fish or chicken.. but ajwain is used for some kind of fishes and not for chicken.. also there will be difference in the quantity of other ingredients you add etc..

ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಗ್ರೇವಿ ಬೇಕು ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಏನು ಮಾಡ್ಬೇಕು. ಕೋಳಿ ರೊಟ್ಟಿ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಗ್ರೇವಿ ಎಳ್ಕೊಡುತ್ತೆ. Can we increase the masala or is there any other way to increase the quantity a little. I dont want to put more water, makes the gravy too watery..
