I was given one of these plants from a beauty salon that didn't want it any more. I was excited.. before I received the plant , they had given me a tiny seedling..got it growing! thank you for your information..🤗

Thanks for the video, I have a small one but cant seem to get the potting mix right so ive put it in water until i figure it out. Do you mind sharing what kind of potting mix or soil you use? They’re beautifull!

Help! Mine was too close to the window and the cold caused it to lose all its leaves. Can I get it to stay with me long enough to put out new leaves?

I never throw a plant out when I think that it died. It has to prove to me that it died and I’ll leave it for a time. Plants are funny and will keep on giving as long as you have patience.

Is direct sunlight good for this plant ?

I just saw another video for the Madagascar Jewel which is being used as a house plant. All my plants are outside in South Florida. I'm not good with houseplants.

I also have a Madagascar jewel which I just repotted; within a day all the leaves drooped down. The inner leaves started to turn yellow and they feel much thinner than they were before, and some have started falling off. Any advice on what I should do to save it?

I have the same thing with the leaves turning yellow as I was looking at them today. It was a bit too cold over the past week or so and Ithink that what was causing the leaves to turn yellow and fall off.
