Seed Cycling me first 14 days me Pumpkin Seeds + Flax Seeds lena chahiye and in last 14 days Sesame seeds + Sunflower seeds. Koi bhi ek seed pehle ya baad me khaane se kuch nahi hoga, ap dono seeds mix kar ke daily 1 teaspoon aise hi normally bhi kha sakte hai. Every time it's something or the other... I wonder how thick skinned she can be that no matter how much the audience comments for her betterment she still manages to do something negative or wrong or stupid and dumb etc and behaves in the most ridiculous manner....
