CARDAMOM POWDER -1 TSP
BUTTER / GHEE -1/2 CUP 60 GRAM
POWDER SUGAR -1 CUP (100 GRAM)
BAKING POWDER -1/2 TSP
BAKING SODA -1/2 TSP
BAKE IN PREHEATED IDLI STAND ON LOW FLAME FOR 18-20 MINUTES
OR BAKE AT 180°C FOR 12-15 MINUTES IN OTG / OVEN

Very nice recipe, this is a reliable one and I have tried it sometime back but without bkg soda and bkg powder , in my recipe I had to add extra ghee , in my opinion my recipe has unnecessary calories, your recipe is better than mine 👍👍
