There is no public ferry direct from airport to maafushi. The male to maafushi ferry leaves from villingilli ferry terminal on the south west side of male city. Around 15:00 hrs And the one from maafushi to male leaves from maafushi ferry terminal at 7:30 hrs local time

You may take the ferry service from airport jetty (north side of male, near presidential jetty) or you may take a taxi cab from male to airport via the China Maldives friendship bridge. Ferry is cheaper.. but available from the airport jetty only. you may reach there by taxi (2 dollars) from anywhere in male. Yes, possible for only speedboat, online or offline from counters at Maafushi Through tour operators like icom tours, arena travel desk or kaani tours, etc Public Ferry tickets directly from Govt counter at male or on board the ferry.
