@@richardodoom1730 I have worked in one of the palaces in UK when I was in the Army. Bro they have Gods there and they pour libation to African Gods. Do you know why UK a small country with the same size as Ghana has conquered the world? Do you know why Ghana is on the same meridian line with UK and the reason why they came here? They came for our Gods and our power cos Ghana is the centre of the earth. We have the power to call on Aliens to come and help us.

Great guy with extensive knowledge in history. Unfortunately, he is too protective of his beloved Denkyira😊. Ashanti kingdom, born in 1701, only came into existence 200 years after the arrival of the Portuguese and Dutch. In that 200 year interim, the major trading partner of the Whiteman was Denkyira, as shown by the maps and historical accounts of the time. The major commodities the Denkyira kingdom traded in included Gold and Slaves. Indeed, there is very little difference between Asante and Denkyira, since majority of Asantes today trace their roots to Denkyira.

The origin of the Adinkra symbols has never been disputed, else the name would have been changed to something else. Indeed, the original stool bearing all the symbols and captured in the Adinkra war, is currently on display at the cultural centre in Kumasi and the guides don't hide the fact that it was captured from the Gyaman people.

You asked a good question on the supposed enmity between the Asantes and Anglos. Indeed, the only tribe Asante had a peace treaty with and therefore never went to war with the Anglos. As he rightly pointed out, it's the modern-day politician trying to divide us for the sake of power.
