There’s a Mexican street vendor by my boyfriend’s house that sells grilled corn with what I think is sour cream, parmesan cheese, and some chili powder. Sometimes I make it at home with some jack cheese and a can of Rotel tomatoes. It is so good for midnight munchies! It really satisfies in a deep psychological way that is hard to describe. I will have to try your version. Especially browning it in the oven at the end, genius!

i tried maangchi teokguk n tteokbokki and its so delicious. i even make the garaetteok myself. its probably not much for others but still i'm very satisfied with the result.
