Here's a little story, when this song came out in the show a friend of mine bought the ost with it, I liked the song and burned it to a cd with no names of songs or mark in the cd, I listened to it every day for a year, I loved it, then time passed and I lost the song and my friend my long gone sadly, I rember nothing of the song but that weird guitar sound in the background, all I know is that it was from an anime probably with a mech, that's all, I looked literally all ost of mech anime from 1998 to present in order to look for the song,and sadly also I might have skied this song cuz I remember choking raxephon ost, it took me literally since around 2005 to find it and today a few minutes ago I found it, run it on Shazam and finally found the info, it's like finding a lost long friend from childhood.

It is really touching story. I struggled to find this song too for years. I was a kid when my moms college gave the CD, with several japanese songs too. This one was my favourite, and immediately copied to tape. The cassette is lost, but fortunately I found its case, where I wrote the titles. I didnt know the tiltle of it, but remembered which songs I copied to this cassette with it, and checked every title. Finally I reached "Maaya - Ongaku" on the list about 5 minutes ago. And I'm here now. And it's good. Finally.

i used to own this on the Album, Nico Pachi. This was one of my favorites. My brother-in-law got a hold of it and ended up breaking it by leaving it on his floor and stepping on it. In a way this almost brings tears to my eyes since I listened to it so much and it held such great memories, even the sad ones.

As far as I know, it was never heard in the show proper. Ongaku was a B-side on the Hemisphere single
