He's not doing great this season in the G League dude... Not only is he shooting really bad in both 3's and 2's, he's turning the ball over at a higher than usual rate (and he's always had a fairly high turnover to assist ratio). I mean, this game he scored 18 in the first half (which is great) and only had 1 point in the second half... Not sure what's going on with him this season, but I hope he improves by a lot really fast or he's probably never getting a shot again at a full contact in the NBA...

That’s not from this game. He was 6-11 and 4-7 from 3. The previous game was his bad game. He’s been a little off in a few of his games to start the season.

@thecagedunicorn His bad game?? Singular? He's only had one good (well, decent really) game this season and this one was not it. His shooting percentage was better this game, yes, but he had SEVEN turnovers to 1 assist and he scored 1 point in the entire second half... So far this season his FG percentage is down, his 3 point shooting is WAY down, his assists are down, and his steals are down while his turnovers are up (he's got 4.8 assists to 3.7 turnovers so far this season. That's crazy.) I'm rooting for the guy as much as anybody else, but he has not had one bad game. He's had many...

@@xtraspecialj you’re right, he’s had two decent games this year. He had one assist, but many good passes that should have been scores. He did turn the ball over 7 times, which is not great, but at least three of those were from uncalled fouls. Once again, he finds himself trying to play like the big club wants him to versus what he’s able to do in the G league.

Mac is just doing what he DOES.💪🏽 Always being a solid player, with high level hustle, heart & motivation. No matter if he knows the NBA is “toying” with his career, he keeps his head held high & still goes out there practice after practice, game after game & gives it HIS ALL! A few things: Mac’s defense was stellar tonight. His team did not look for him at all during the 3rd and 4th quarters. He should have had a ton of assists but they bricked so many of their open looks. Mac had 7 turnovers, which is really high, but he was also beaten to near death tonight but the fouls were not called so he would lose the ball after getting swatted. I’m tired of watching G league basketball. It’s painful. I’m happy Mac is on a two way, but Orlando is the worst possible team to be on a two way with because of the 17 guards ahead of him.

I root for every team that Orlando plays against because they will not let Mac play. He's better than most of the Orlando starters ... sickening ... the only way to stop this is for the Orlando fans stop attending until they re-instate Mac back on the line-up and as a starter ...

Shaky start for Mac and his team this year but I realized his championship year the team was losing early on and Mac's play was below par, then it was similar last year when his team had a rough start to the season. But things turned around, Mac played much better and his teams got hot as they started to gel as a team. I think Mac ends up being a guy the team looks to for effort and he never stops giving 100%, eventually the team starts clicking. I'm going to have faith that things are going to turn around like they have before. But this game Mac only had 1 assist, which isn't going to convince the NBA that he's a legit point guard prospect. C'mon Mac, you've got the court vision and skills, show the Magic you can be a consistent facilitator and playmaker, not just a scorer.

At his age and point in his career, Mac needs to move on. It’s obvious that someone in the NBA doesn’t like him. Mac is a far superior player to many starting guards. He’s wasting his time. Go oversees, make millions and play ball.
