Youd be surprised at how fast you can actually learn this with proper practice. I started playing piano at 21 years old and im 26 and can now sight read or watch a video to learn this in a few hours. My method is learn one section of one hand. Do it repeatedly until u can almost do it without looking. Then learn the right hand of that section. Memorize. Take a break. 5 min later come back refreshed. Another 10 min practicing each hand separately. While practicing left hand i imagine what should be playing in the right. Just the sound. Ur hearing the song in ur head while playing the hand ur practicing. Then do the same with other hand. Then putting together will be much easier. Start extremely slow. Literally as slow as u need to so ur brain can process every note. Do it until it slowly becomes faster and easy. Then rinse and repeat for every section. Taking breaks is important since your internal RAM gets full after so long. Needs to reset. Good luck
