Written Recipe:
Mac n Cheese
In a bowl mix
1.5 cup milk
2 tbsp all purpose flour
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp white pepper powder
Salt to taste (keep it less)
½ tsp Mix dried herbs
In a pan heat 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp oil
Add 2 chopped garlic
Add the prepared milk.
Cook till thick.
Add
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup cheddar cheese
For yellowish colour you can use cheddar cheese slice
Add half packet boiled pasta of your choice
I took spiral pasta
For baked Mac n Cheese.
Turn on the upper grill of oven and place your mac n cheese in an oven safe dish/bowl, For 5-7 minutes until you get a good colour.
