Here’s the recipe if anybody wanted it 4 cups water Macaroni pasta 1 Tbsp salt 1 Tbsp oil Take 1/2 cup of pasta water when pasta is done Chop 2 garlic gloves Chop one small onion 2 Tbsp olive oil Add Chopped onion and Garlic 1/3 cup tomato paste cook for 2-4 mins 1/4 tsp salt 2 tsp chili flakes 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp oregano Add reserved pasta water 1/2 cup milk and heavy cream Add pasta 1/2 cups cheddar and mozzarella cheese 1 Tbsp unsalted butter Enjoy 😉 Remember to say dua al akl (the dua before eating)

Commenting my feedback: It's actually delicious. Tbh I didn't have heavy cream so i just added more milk and corn starch to thicken the sauce. Also, I didn't have tomato paste 🍅so I used pizza sauce instead 😅, so my flavours are probably a li'l different... But this is actually a really easy and non time consuming recipe. Making it again today 😋

@@Julia-yd3nq i actually used a whole small pasta packet, and sort of eyeballed the remaining ingredients (added more not less). It was enough to feed a family of four (moderate eaters) with leftovers. My only real recommendation is to always use more garlic than the recipe says 😉
