On my 2009 Mac Pro 4,1/5,1 with an OWC Accelsior 4M2 PCIe 3.0 M.2 NVMe SSD Adapter Card i am getting read/write speeds on my boot NVMe of ca 3500-3700 MB/s & with a Sonnet M.2 4x4 PCIe Card (Silent) which is x16 one can get up to 5000 MB/s !!! Unfortunately MacOS cannot boot from a Raid 0 configuration...but such speeds are unthinkable on the Boot NVMe on the Trashcan Mac Pro 6,1...

Guys do you know will Samsung 980 Pro or Samsung 990 Pro will work?

Yes,But its to much ssd, for the Trash Can.Gen 3 is best.Samsung 970 Pro 1tb, or this one in the video,But the best 1 guys!,I,m saving up for, its made Only for the 2013 Mac pro,Its Called the Flexx LX 335 Nvme TLC ssd..It reads 1531....Writes 1380.On the Flexx LX 335 speed test video, On utube.Its the fastest one of all!..1600 is max on the Mac,s interface.I cant wait to buy it..Can you please test that one, right here on your channel please, they need reviews for this amazing, custom made ssd for the trash can.Plus you don,t need an adapter!.Great Video you,ve done here...

It was the 4 Core model...3.7...32 gigs of ram, they did the test on the flexx LX 335 ssd.I have the 12 core with 64 gigs Ram.And the 700 6 gig graphics card.May hit 1550? read...
