Mac SE/30 Making Crackling Noises

I have a SE/30 that's been acting up lately. I've been hearing crackling sounds during boot-up and occasionally after it's running. The capacitors have already been replaced. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

First thought is something with the crt and/or analog board
