I played with Mac in Nashville on the Fanfair in 1988 with my band Groundspeed feat. Gene Wooten and Bob Black . I was great ! ! !

Mac was a wonderful human being plus a great singer...My mother "God rest her soul" set up the big show but got sick and could not attend, but Mac sent her the nicest letter plus an album..She wa always so touched by his kindness...Love Mac, always will..Especailly Jimmy Brown

I met him last year and he still sounds the same, very joyful and bright. He just has aged a lot since this video was made, he's 83now.

Mac Wiseman was one of my Dad's very favorites...I can still remember hearing that sweet tenor voice of his on Saturdays when my Dad pull out the fold-up Sylvania hi-fi when I was boy in the 60s and early 70s....can't wait to show these Mac Wiseman KZbin videos to my Mom.
