Not really representative of apartments in the Netherlands....this looks like a relatively new construction....typical apartments in cities like Amsterdam or Utrecht are smaller with tiny bathrooms - no bathtub....monumental buildingd (>100 years old) have very odd layouts....most furniture in furnished places are cheap IKEA stuff or second hand from Markt Platz.....non-inclusive rent of 2000 euro plus utilities for that space is very reasonable if you are in any city!

Thanks for your comment. In a single house video I definitely can't represent every apartment in the Netherlands. I didn't say it's a 100 year old Dutch house. But still it's 40 years old. I have talked about most common things. The quality of furniture depends on the owner.
