As a gen Z itself all the points I agree even our gen Z strength and weaknesses. Kita sebab dah nampak dan dah lihat why our country still not be developed country even dah bertahun2 jadi developing country. Nak mudah tengok currency dgn negara jiran singapore. How singapore dah jdi developed country walaupun most of the businesses there come from outside? Sbb negara mereka dah buat perubahan tu sejak mereka berpisah dgn malaya. Prime minister masa tu dah letakkan jalan untuk berkembang menjadi negara maju dgn improve all the systems and structure. Tpi kita dgn harapan kereta terbang wujud dan sampai sekarang masih tiada. Gen Z la yg nampak segala perubahan dan nak jadi orang yang mengubah culture tersebut.. tpi semua tak dapat ubah bila old school people ni still pegang jawatan sedangkan anak muda tiada diberi peluang jadi macam mana nak bawakan perubahan? .. untuk work life balance we see that work hard is not the thing required right now, work smart is more important because hasil yang berbeza. Bila workhard still tiada perubahan sedangkan gen Z dah byk lakukan perubahan dgn work smart guna technology yg baru. Sekarang byk generasi Z ni dah boleh lihat how important technology ni kepada masa depan kita semua. One thing juga nak highlight yg most of us memang x suka untuk ada whistleblowers ni sbb layer yg menyusahkan end up tiada perubahan. Lebih baik untuk berhadapan dengan bos sendiri. Semoga banyak anak muda tingkatkan kemahiran dan collect all the information from older generations to changes for the better future. Hopefully also most of the company know that we as gen Z find the job is not just to be your employee but we want to achieve something with your company. The more you give us the chance the more changes we can make. #kitamampuubah

Strongly agree with you, if kita show yg foundation kita kukuh and we know what we do, perhaps convince them even tho our plan are not fully there yet. They'll give us some chances. Foundation n trust tu

Bila genz dah kahwin and ada anak bini to feed or parents to jaga then they will do whatever it takes to work and forget work life balance because being a sole breadwinner is tough...

My thought is gen Z is try to break the systems, tapi it depends how the way diorang nak buat. I'm not bias to any gen sbb rn world moving so fast dan kami yang bukan dpd gen z ni cuba untuk faham situasi sekarang.
