They were certainly the best-loved singing couple on-screen...... and it showed on their faces that they adored each other ... and it made me love their singing even more......!!!! BRAVO......!!!!

I could watch and listen a thousand times and it would be like watching it the first time, when, as a little girl, I saw this movie on TV long, long ago. I was awed then and loved their movies when ever they came on; I am still awed today.

Sweet heart, loved the ending to that film singing that song sweet heart will you remember me, I'm 56 and I remember on Sundays watching movies like this with my nan and mother rest in peace to them💖 and how it made me feel ,my nan would sing that song to me every night she had the mist beautiful voice ever, 💗✌️😘💯💗 her and miss her,it's amazing how a song or watching a film can bring back memories to a time like what I was saying about my nan,it's a pity they don't do movies like them anymore 😢🎥,but at least there still around to be watched ,🎥💗✌️💖💏💖

My Mom and I would always watch their films, even wake me up to catch a late show. I remember having an album of some of the music played it incessantly. Thank you ❤️

They really had a special chemistry between them. It comes out in their duets and joint screen presence.

🎶🎶♥️♥️ I was very fortunate to catch “Maytime” on TCM last evening Jan 14!! We love them today as much as we love them back in their time frame!! Some critics say they couldn’t act but really they were fantastic!! Especially our Nelson he is just full of life in the beginning especially in that café where he draws the full bosom Lady and sings that song it is unbelievable!!🤗🤗🥰🥰 to me this movie is the outline of their lives together!! But wishful thinking they are in heaven together because of us fans and SHARON who is keeping her love alive today and always🌹🌹

They were the best singers ever and if they loved each other that made it all the more poignant to watch them. Love him and never tire of listening him or watching him. But J comes a close 2nd.

Nelson Eddy had a magnificent Baritone voice! He truly was the quintessential American Baritone and Actor!
