This looks very very good. I love the fact of using brazil nut cheese instead of dairy. I do have a question for you brotha Ty. The Brazil nut contain Selenium. Is there any limit on how much of this to eat at a time? I am concerned about the high level of Selenium this dish may contain or is there no reason to be concerned. Can you help with this?
@siriusjones9568 жыл бұрын
Why are you concerned about selenium? Too much of it does what exactly? Selenium helped the hair and skin.
@sankofaafuraitkaitnit84118 жыл бұрын
+Mutalub AtumRe This is a very reasonable question. However, you may want to decide for yourself what "too much" is, as each individual varies as to the amount of micronutrients they need to sustain. I'd look at the RDA and times it by at least 2 bc the RDA amounts are the amounts that have been researched to prevent deficiency diseases only, not based on amounts we need to actually THRIVE. :) Hope this helps.
