if you ever worry about the bread being to toast like after being made just put them inside of a covered bowl, the moisture created will soften them. I always do this with freshly made biscuits, cookies, muffins, and bread. but i never make bread.

I just made these Ty and I was a little skeptical using Spelt for the first time and oh my goodness. The flatbread was wonderful. I prepared chickpeas last night from your video and today I grinded them up with the same spices in the flat bread and made a refried bean mixture, then made guacamole and made pizza. My daughter who isn't living Alkaline even loved them. Thank you so much for these videos. Next I"ll be making your Spelt Bread.
