U should try horse. Cook it in water for 5 hours cuz it's a tough meat until softens a bit, shred it put the shredded horse in foil grab curry powder n Mayo mix wit lil bit of water till it kind of thicc n pour on the horse seal the foil but it bcc in the pot with the water below the foil if possible for another hr or 2 n eat.
