MacBook Pro 15" 2017 : USB - C Controller Chip Repair

USB - C chip part number: CD3215C00
Apabila anda plugin charger(magsafe) pada macbook anda, chip inilah yang bertanggungjawab untuk mengawal voltage sama ada 5V, atau 20V masuk ke dalam sistem Logic Board MacBook.
Dalam video ini, chip ini short(litar pintas) kerana charger USB-C dipasang hampir setiap masa tanpa dicabut. Lubang USB-C yang short tersebut adalah sebelah KIRI-ATAS yang kita selalu plugin charger.

When you plugin your charger(magsafe) to your MacBook, this chip is responsible to regulate voltage whether 5V or 20V gets into the system.
When this chip was shorted, it only allows 5V go into the system, turns out a dead MacBook. It was shorted because the charger always been plugged in inside(most of the time) even when the battery's full, or simply the chip itself is not durable enough(Seriously? charging chip dying when a laptop needs a charger???). The dead USB -C chip is for the UPPER-LEFT port, which we usually use to charge this device.

Hello l got a mac disconnected after battery life died and when replace the battery realized it doesn't turn on and this specific chip you are changing is overheating like crazy while the mac can't turn on . Pleaseeee help on in mexico and no one can help here :(
