I’ve always admired Tman Express as an artist, but after watching this podcast, I’ve come to respect and appreciate him even more as an incredible human being. His insights and humility truly shine through, and I wish him nothing but the best on his journey. May he continue to heal us with his amazing music! I also have to agree with MacG on the impact of Amapiano beyond South Africa. As a UK citizen, I can confirm that Amapiano is not just popular across the rest of Africa, but it’s also becoming a mainstream genre here. It’s being played on major radio stations and music channels, right alongside other big genres like hip hop. Artists like the Scorpion Kings deserve to be recognised and compensated accordingly for the global influence they are having.
