The only mistake Jub Jub did in this interview, was when MacG asked "who were you smashing, Amanda Du Pont?" and he responded "she was one of them", instead of saying; nah that was my girlfriend, I wasn't smashing, I was in a relationship with her. Sometimes being mature about situations will save you alot of trouble.

I'm one of the chillers who watched all the drama unfold before I could even watch this episode. Now that the dust has settled, the social media commotion was played out to minimise loss of diginity to a lady mentioned, almost in passing. Something "real" that should have trended is the whole narrative that men need to heal before they can be fit to raise their children. That's a constructive discussion that would move the country forward. Woman give birth and lose themselves from that day until their children are grown. They can't ask for months/years away from their children to heal. They attempt to heal as they go. Perhaps something that would change the whole narrative of parenting, which was a big theme on this episode, is that all our milestones in life are a journey. And no one is exempt from making mistakes because our traumas are relived everyday in different ways until we heal from them. No one deserves to be alone during these milestones. May we learn to heal as we go.

Mac G was never supposed to make it, he was supposed to be written off. His peers in the industry thought they had buried him, the corporates (radio) thought they had buried him. I’m saying this to say not everyone is fond of his new found success , this podcast is disrupting the industry…it’s not censored and it’s a symbol of hope for black youth who are trying to run start ups in a country plagued by unemployment 😭 but here people are trying to cancel the pod every day of the week. I don’t know about you guys but personally I’m starting to realize that there is something more sinister at play…people don’t want to see guys like Sol and Mabena doing well because they’ve reserved success for a certain kind of celeb. MacG has lawyers. The show is unfiltered. Amanda and Kelly did not deserve to relive their trauma like that through the show but MacG podcast must go on, if fixing the country means burning it down 1st, let it. That show exposes alot of people and oksalayo uncomfortable conversations have to be had so we see who is a sheep in wolves skin.

I feel like JubJub doesn’t acknowledge his part in any of the shenanigans he partook in . This interview should’ve been about him educating youth on how to rise from the ashes but instead , he was trash talking everyone he feels was / is not on “his side”. Bashing / dragging Kelly doesn’t exonerate him from his transgressions . He needs to own up to his ish and grow up .

Even after incarceration and not having a voice for so long?- both him and his baby mama played each other, celebrity life is dirty, nobody is innocent, like he said, he's been the villain for so long and Kelly is always the"victim", so why should he mend broken bridges?- always dirty games.

its been more than 24hrs and counting since i watched this interview and i feel like im becoming more and more of a believer again. i tried ignoring it but i feel like Jub Jub is gonna be the one to turn me into a believer again 🤔🤔... despite all the gossip about abo Kelly Khumalo and Amanda, he also spoke some very valuable things in the beginning. like: "ownership is currency" "work for your brand" "i know what hunger is like, and i know what gold is like. so id rather stick with the gold and still be hungry until there's a passage that will convince me to sell this gold. not sell it because im hungry. and even if i sell it im only going to sell a fraction of it because i wanna remain relevant. and for me to remain relevant, i must own my shit." "i cant argue with my ancestors and Gods based on worldly things" "not everyone is gonna understand your journey, not everyone is gonna understand your path. but you need to stick by it" "when God is blessing you dawg, there's nothing anybody can do. they can try, mfana, and rip you apart, and cut you up, there's nothing they can do" "when i buy weed its like im buying sleep"(it makes him counter productive) when this man speaks about his God you can genuinely feel that he knows exactly what he's talking about. he speaks about his God like someone who personally witnessed the power of God on multiple occasions. you can tell by his tone when he speaks about his God that he knows exactly that when he's got his God by his side he's basically untouchable and no one who did him wrong will go unpunished. wow man, shout out to him 💯

This podcast was just a trigger to plant Jub, the real concern and what is used to silence many celebrities is the fact that jub does not have any political affiliation and that he spoke out about the happenings of the looting... directly confronting celebrities and the president, so this has nothing to do with what he said on the podcast but what was brewing since he pointed out situations surrounding South Africans, covid19, Celebrities and the President of SA and also the fact that he does not recognize Ramaphosa as a good leader... that is why most celebs are discouraged or quiet even on the things that are to clear and obvious to many because they are afraid of losing their social status and the benefits that come with that. Jub Jub was genuin on this podcast and i SALUTE him for sharing his experience.
