No. Example from another sketch: the monastery control room. Why would monks need a control room? Was he serious? Or, did he just say that?...If it was Barkley, you knew he was and he did. Now, is he a good actor? Probably not. It's not the easiest thing to do well and he's a former ballplayer and announcer. I suppose there are a few out there that have transitioned but none come to mind immediately. What he may lack in acting chops is quickly covered by his honest and usually direct sense of humor. There ARE a few others that have morphed well into SNL. The Manning Bros just kill it. Both of them. Payton Manning did one of the most hysterical videos ever broadcast on the show. (The pee-wee football coach,. WARNING: Do not watch that video with a full bladder.)His brother came right after and showed that same humor but with a tinge of sarcasism. Put them all in a line and Barkley gets picked every time...

Will Forte is one of the greatest cast members to ever be on SNL and is very underrated. He writes everything for his movies and shows which are all beautifully done from a comedy standpoint. The Last Man On Earth was canceled after a short run and I slipped into a severe state of manic-depression with slight schizophrenia. I stole a big wheel from a local preschooler during their recess and began to aggressively chase and run over the other children with the stolen big wheel. After the preschool incident and realizing how much trouble I caused made me even more depressed than I was when the show was cancelled. I locked myself away inside a crawl space in my basement for days with no lights or human contact of any kind. In this crawl space I decided it was best to make it so that I could never reproduce other little versions of me so after watching 127 hours and after seeing Franco crudely cutting off his arm with a Swiss Army knife I knew what had to be done. I needed to castrate my nads to prevent reproduction but a knife is too bloody so I collected numerous heavy duty rubber bands and I would wrap them tightly around my ball bag for weeks but adding more along the way. A few weeks passed and I was still depressed and acting manically towards everything but then I see the same preschooler riding that red big wheel with the flames on it from before and I snapped. I charged the child and GTA’d his ass off my sweet ride. He was crying on the ground and all these bystanders are just watching in awe of how awesome I am and as I am standing over this 5 year old preschooler who was held back and should have been in kindergarten that dumb ass. Anyway as I am triumphantly standing above this child he starts to whimper and I feel like a superhero or something. As I bent down to tell this little turd something Mean but funny, the rubber bands that have been around my nut sack finally did their job and my bean bag and man marbles fall off onto this little shits face. So it sucks they cancelled that show and hopefully Will Forte has other projects to grace our screens with; Netflix should pick up The Last Man On Earth.
