Mach3 USB - Ports and Pins

Hello, we made M7 M8 turn on a valve through a 24 Volt relay, which controls a pneumatic collet chuck. At first everything was fine, but after a while we could no longer turn off the cooling with M09. On the match 3 itself, it shows that the cooling is off. But it doesn't actually turn off the valve. Could you help us with this problem?

Hi. Question.. 1. Does your spindle use a VFD. 2. What voltage are your PSUs. I have help someone who runs a VFD spindle and has 24v and 12v PSUs.

Hi , Sorry for late reply, what is the MAX spindle speed ( 24000 RPM ) what is PWM freq - config \ ports and pins \ spindle setup \ PWM base Freq = 1000 and Minimum PWM = 0 what is Spindle Pulley - config \ Spindle Pulley \ Pulley 1, Min Speed =0, Max Speed = 24000, ratio =1 are you trying to use spindle and laser ...? if you use both spindle and laser on PWM you must add an isolation relay . let me know .... good luck

@David Le Grange im config the same you. I only use PWM for laser. But it not work.

@@CNC-DeMen Did you join the DCM and AVM Is you laser 12v. Send make and model of laser. Also on pully set max speed to 1000 This way S1000 is 100% power.
