HELLO my Trini family I am an American, my first time seeing Machel Montano was in the Savannah in Trinidad little kid on stage with a pamper on I remembered tell my boyfriend now husband that kid is going to make it then in U.S. at the apollo in 1984 been a great fan of his from day one and kid's came and wife MAY GOD ALLAH continue blessing and protecting you and the family.

Trinidadian food is the BEST !! I can’t be vegan because I love my curry chicken , stew chicken,beef , oxtail , curry goat etc ! But definitely if I ever want to go vegan I have to live in Trinidad .. so many flavors .. simply the best!!! 🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹

Great interview on showcasing our rich multi cultural foods that emanate from our country. Trinidad and Tobago are the only country in world that have so many different ethnic groups that live enjoy and mixed with each other on a daily basis. That is the culture of a true Trinbagonian

Actually, Canada does too. Including an expansive Caribbean Cultural segment from Province to Province, not just in the bigger cities. I do agree with you about Trinidad and Tobago though. I have Trinidadian family members of my own( and Jamaican roots). Caribbean Culture has so much to give. Music, Food, Clothing, Movies, Etc...❤🌴🥥😎🇹🇹

is Machel Montano really a trini? How could you say callaloo is made from Spinach. Jamaican makes Callallo with Spinach. We trinis use Callaloo bush not Spinach. If we don't, have Callaloo we will use Spinach but trini Callaloo is made from CALLALOO BUSH.

We call it callaloo bush. Everybody else calls it TARO. Just like how we say sorrel. Everybody else calls it either roselle or hibiscus. If you tell anybody else (North American/European) sorrel they think bitter green salad leaves.
