You know now I'm thinking that Marcus had to have spy on the Drone to know and just happened to watch it, because Machina wasn't normally on the Immortal list probably because most likely the other immortals from the past that can't she actually wore a modern day tech on her back. Which means they could only track her by physically seeing her and once they did it was on sight for both parties least that's my thought process
