The fact that this was made within a few days and made a video. He has a crazy beat, sick hook, all the verses are fire, he puts EM on blast, all while respectfully butchering EM. And the song just builds all the way till the end and he changes up his delivery. Right up there with Pac Hit'em Up and Cube's No Vaseline.

MGK introduced me to hip hop. I would mostly listen to rock. Grunge. Nu Metal. Stoner rock. Alternative rock. Good pop. A liiiittle bit of electronic music. Eminem is Eminem. He's one of the greatest rappers of all time. Extremely talented. Undeniable. But that doesn't mean MGK is trash. He's a different kind of artist. A true artist. I love Rap Devil. I'm not a native English Speaker and I can sing it with ease. MGK has helped and helps a lot of people. Pay attention to his lyrics. He literally talks to you in the song. It makes me feel less alone and have a little hope. He's really versatile. He does whatever genre of song he feels like doing at the moment. He doesn't care about genres. That limits your creativity. And he wants to go beyond. Rap Devil is excellent. A hip hop/metal dark diss track with a catchy chorus. The bars are amazing. That doesn't mean I think Eminem is better or worse. Why do people want to establish who is a good artist and who is a bad artist? Artists are artists. There was no winning or losing in the Not Alike vs Rap Devil battle, cause there is no battle.
