First off way too many people are wishing bad on dude cause he stepped to thier favorite artist 🤦. Its not that serious. Second after seeing the path Eminem's taken politically honestly its hard to even want to be defend dude. He went from being the anti establishment throw the middle finger up to the system guy. Too if you vote for Trump your a pos, and vote for the system and corrupt politicians and it's probably the biggest form of "selling out" I've ever seen... Its one thing to sell out musically. Another to do so on your principles, morals, beliefs and such. And again everyone who remotely thinks MGK just started doing rock stuff knows NOTHING about MGK who has songs from almost 15yrs ago with bands like Five Finger Death Punch, Sleeping With Sirens, Motley Crue, And was partying with bands like Asking Alexandria, Of Mice & Men on warped tour in 2013. So no not even remotely did dude "switch" genre's after the beef with Em. He literally released Hotel Diablo a 1½yrs after the beef and it's easily his best rap album to date. I was a huge fan of both artists. Mgk since 100 words and running mixtape he did in like 2009. Anyone actually paying attention knows MGK is more successful now then he's ever been. Making bigger songs then he had before the beef. Acting in major movies like The Dirt. And winning off the stage being married to every kid my ages crush in Megan Fox. But nothing more loserish and disgusting then wishing bad on another human all because he was ballsy enough to call out many things about thier favorite artist that are very true. And his "dis-track" was probably the most respectful one ever done because just like all of us. Eminem was his idol growing up. Top it off with the fact MGK showed massive diversity in the fact he could do so well in 2 polar opposite genre's with rap to punk rock and he could sing, play instruments and succeed in it. While em is very one dimensional. That being said he's hands down the greatest lyricist of all time without debate. But you know Em is only gonna spit fast and clever bars. You won't really see him completely revolutionize his sound and style the way Kells did. I know how MGK feels I've grown up in a horrific environment. I have a beautiful little girl who adores me to the moon and back that I use as my rock to fight my addictions and demons. Thats why I connect so heavy with his music. It speaks to the soul of people like me. I pray the man pulls through it just shows all the money, fame, family and winning in the public eye doesn't make someone HAPPY or fix thier pain.

@chaoticchaos894
@chaoticchaos894 2 ай бұрын
@Anteliito You realize 70% of people in the world are honestly basic. Stuck to being caught up in group think and just going with the "majority" in everything. Never risking being outcasts or rejected from fitting in with the crowd 🤦 So they never critical think. Never see past the lie or challenge the authority... Unable to see the bigger picture or awaken to the truth and break out of the matrix like way which everyone is told to think, say, feel or do smh. But if you take a step back and just objectively look at the beef. Ask yourself what makes a "good dis track" and come to the obvious conclusion that it's when a artist is able to attack another artist in depth. Pick apart thier character, thier pretend act and pull of the mask they hide thier true face with. And do so by getting personal and being able to effectively take jabs and haymakers to one's Insecurities, weaknesses, fragile ego's, and thier flaws... This was something MGK did exceptionally well as he like most of us idolized Eminem growing up and knew from start the ins and outs of what makes Marshall Mather's the man he is. What makes him tick or what he feels strongly about to his values, morals, principles and self image. Not only did Machine Gun kelly do this very well but did it while still giving Em his props and flowers where he never pretends like Em isn't the GOAT or like em hasn't mastered lyrical prowess. Instead he takes a jab at the fact Em is so over the top he must study the dictionary all day angrily yelling at the mic 🤷 Many said it was wack for MGK to give praise in a dis track but I actually found that to be extraordinary awarness for a man who is fully comprehensive to the fact he's beefing with the lyrics goat. And that he himself admired this man and looked up to him and probably tremendously influenced by him to become the rapper he is now and he didn't shy away from that or pretend to act like he never rocked with Em. But the biggest part and difference between each dis was the obvious fact MGK knew Em personally and was able to take shots at his inner concious and the Insecurities he knows Em deals with from listening to him rap about them all his life. Where Em stayed mainly to dissing nothing more then MGK's appearances and looks. Showing he didn't care to do any research or study his opponent enough to land shots where it truly hurts outside of "He has a manbun" or "Dude looks like a mumble rapper who slurs his words and struggles with addiction" smh. The moment Em refers to MGK as a "Mumble Rapper" anyone who listened to MGK immediately knew Em had never listened or heard any of dudes music. Let alone the fact dude is one of the highly talented lyricists in the game and easily could be on songs like Worldwide Choppers with Tech N9ne, Twista, Busta Rythms, Krizz Kaliko Ect.. And in my personal opinion MGK would had been leagues ahead of Yelawolf as a choice to Chop on Worldwide Chopprs then Yela simply cause he built himself on Fast Rap hence the name Machine Gun Kelly 🤔🤷. Where Yela is much more laid back, subtle, hick-hop/country style rapper (which I LOVE just as much but just being blunt when it comes to who truly deserved to chopp lyrically with the best 🔥). But at the end of the day 80% of everyone will instantly claim Eminem the winner soley because his status as GOAT, the fact they all glorify him since they was 5 and his reputation as someone who ends careers when he beefs with another artist 😒. The others will say it because Em rapped fast and chose to chop and use speed in his dis which to a simple minded person will come off as him being more "talented" and disguise his dis as superior but anyone who actually knows better and dissected the bars and punchlines would see that Em lacked impact, depth, knowledge and to actually hit MGK where it hurt. If he knew anything he would had aimed bars at MGK's relationship with his mother. Or his struggles with loving women properly. To his parental ability and what kind of father he has been to his own daughter. To Even taking aim at how MGK has used his wealth to fix his Insecurities like his horrific hairline he had in the early video's. Or his weird lengthy odd looking body before all the tattoo's, Piercings and such 🤷🙄 All things Em failed to bring up or take shots at that he could have easily done with minimal research on MGK. But one thing MGK has NEVER been is a mumble rapper. Dude has been a superior lyricist from day1. Pronounced every word clearly even when chopping. Had immaculate flows, bar structures. Hard-hitting verses with clever rhythms. Songs like Alpha-Omega, Bad News, Chip Off The Block, 100 Words And Runnin, Arsonist, World-Series, The song he has with Tech and Twista or even the Sail remix... Then the notion that MGK switched genre's as if Dude never f*cked around within the rock/metal community is ABSURD 💀. This dude was partying with Asking Alexandria, Of Mice & Men, Sleeping With Sirens, Linkin Park, FFDP, Avenged Sevenfold And Bring Me The Horizon while on WarpedTour since 2008 til the beef 🤷. Chester Bennington was one of his best friends before his suicide. He played Tommy Lee of Motley Crűe in the massive Movie on Netflix called 'The Dirt' which was based off the book by the band about thier partying and rise to fame. So when he decided to expirement and do a Punk-Rock album it was something he had been hinting at for over 5 years and that any regular fan knew he had wanted to try. Not only did he do it. But the amount of success Tickets To My Downfall And Mainstream Sellout garnered was OTHERWORLDLY! Easily he revived a entire style of music so many were nostalgic for. I think 7 songs have so far surpassed over 100 MILLION views on KZbin alone with another 6-8 going over 50 MIL and close to that 100 Mil mark. Multiple platinum records. Outselling most other artists with them. Reignited the publics love for Megan Fox and Avril Lavigne. And showed the world and all those who hated on him that he's a legit well rounded artist thats not a 1 trick pony who only is lyrically gifted to rap. But that he was capable of playing instruments, writing outside of rap's formula and diverse deep rock songs. And developing powerful choruses to them which he showed off his vocal range and that he has a decent singing voice! And that he literally could do a complete 180 in the music game and go from a quick lyrical rapper spitting bars. To a heavy, rock/punkish deep meaningful songwriting while learning to play guitar riffs well enough and singing his own choruses. Breaking from being 1 dimensional. To one of the more diverse, skillful and talented artists currently out! And I Love Eminem and idolized him as hard as every other white kid growing up in the early 2000's who didn't fit in lol. But I'm able to be honest. And Em is honestly a very 1 dimensional artist 🤔. He has never been one to really sing or be able to do it well outside of a handful of songs. Instead he has real singers who do his choruses or hooks. He never played or learned to play any real instruments like guitar or drums or bass or anything. And he even after 25yr's in still sticks to showing off lyrically... But there's no DOUBT that when speaking lyrically, and when flow, bar structure is involved and clever witty rhythms mixed with double and even triple entandres. He is the best ever to do it and is a whole tier above the next closest like Tech N9ne, Dax, Twista, Busta, King Iso, Joyner Lucas, Krayzie Bone, Krizz Kaliko ect

listen, a person is a person. we all laugh, cry, get angry, etc. When someone is breaking down like this I cant sit back with an "i told you so!" or "He got what he gave out!". I dont think we should be casting aside a person who we can actively see falling further into a pit. When he hits the bottom will everyone still stand by their judgment on him? on how he "got what he deserved"? Im not a fan of MGK and I only know a few songs because of collabs he has done with artists i like. I feel for the fella, I'm not here to say he's a saint cause he's done some questionable things, but if you look at him lately you just see how deep the man is. His latest song is 100% a call for help and though I like his blackout tattoo, it's an insane decision to make, that stuff would probably way too painful to ever get lasered. Losing a kid is not nothing, and I don't know the current status between Megan and mgk, but he says he wasn't there for her in the song, so I'd assume both aren't doing too great. As a massive fan of Chester Bennington, I do hope people will pay attention to mgk's calls for help. Nobody deserves the amounts of hate he has gotten while already clearly being depressed. His song "play this when I', gone" made me tear up because it's basically a goodbye note to his daughter and I just hope his daughter will never have to listen to that goodbye song in the context is was written in. I think people need a reality check that behind celebs there are still real people.

As a mom of kids who to some degree like MGK I'm not saying I agree with his actions or some of his life choices or even his music but I can say this song is good it's honest it's raw and and it's him speaking his truth. As a mom my heart breaks for him truly because it seems he's lost and it seems he's reaching out and I commend him for that. For those that poke fun of him I think it's sad and what the fighter did to him just shows that young man's own thoughts.of his self worth that in order to make him feel good he has to tear MGK down. That doesn't make him cool or right it makes him a bully and it seems quite unprofessional in my book. This song is more his style I commend him and as a mom I wish this young man well I hope.he truly finds peace and I hope the world lets him. I dig the new track. Like you said, it's him going back to some of his hip-hop roots. Still has a little emotional charge to it, but I dig. And I also think MGK is more of a reserved laid-back person. I think with his career blowing up so big, and being in the media so much, he doesn't really Want the public to see him for who he really is; he's worried about judgment and lash back from being shy and reserved. So he's playing it off the opposite but also doesn't like the lash bag he's getting from it. I have a feeling he's torn like he feels like he's losing himself giving the public something he thinks they want but it's still getting so much lash back he wants to go back to his roots and back to himself. He doesn't wanna lose himself in something trying to appease others. And I'm someone with serious mental illness, so I can understand people who have mania episodes and being very impulsive. I have a crap load of tattoos I regret but I wouldn't go so far to do a blackout. I'm creative and find different ways to cover them up, or leave them because they're a story of my life. But on the other hand, I also understand people who can be impulsive and just up and decide to go get them all blacked out, but then also still have the same regret later. Blackouts cannot get covered up so it's something I avoid. But myself being a musician and entertainer, as well as someone with a history of suicide and mental illness, I understand the struggles

2:20 - 2:22 Dude, you are not boring just 'cause you don't have a tattoo. Infact, I think not having a single tattoo nowadays is a lot cooler, because I don't like the way tattoos are becoming almost a normalized rule nowadays due to their current popularity and over-exposure, which is why I don't have any myself and refuse to even get one. Horns up to ya'! 🤘🏼🤘🏼

Facts. I have four tattoos and a lip piercing (Tom Delonge style, on the right side of my lower lip. OG lip piercing ftw! I have had no body mods done since 2012 and probably never will get more work done but I love the work I have had done! I kept a "nature" theme to my ink with my biggest rule being NO pop culture references and I refuse to tattoo words on myselfbso far. That might change when my parents pass away. probably would get an elaborate crucifix (I'm a big time Christian) with my my mother and father's birthdates on either side along with Isaiah 50:51, my favorite verse. hopefully that is another 10-15+ years from now. I kept my nature theme because nature is TIMELESS. I have a "bluebird of happiness", a pretty nice feather, a wheat (not weed) stem with leaves and the spike (meemaw and pawpaw were self sufficient farmers), and an outline of Oklahoma on my chest which the money I paid for was donated entirely to Moore, Oklahoma after a bad tornado. These things are timeless. I agree, though. NOT having tattoos is majorly counter-culture these days. 👊

With all due respect and IMHO opinion I don't think covering this story is relevant to the brand you've built this channel on. I absolutely get you're posting about rock/metal music news and doing what will bring viewers to your page; as it should be. Before the trolls come out and ask why I clicked and watched - the answer is simple. I was curious to see if you had new information; I've seen the MGk story all over the place. I wish you continued success.

They faded over time as tattoos do and rather than having each artist fix their own work which would be a logistical nightmare or having someone else edit someone else's work which is disrespectful in the art world... He opted for blackout, it's almost like a fresh start or a new beginning. I think we could all relate to how exciting that could be.
