Is veigar good on honey comp or mage comp and whats the ideal combo on it

If just veigar, mage is better. If you get a Honey spat(or two) go Honey but still include mage. I think the best units for this are Galio for Vanguard with Blitz, Nora for the 3 Mage, and Taric for 3 Portal and Bastion with Nunu.
