Hi Natalia, I've ordered the swag set and can't wait to receive them. I'm also signed up for this class. I'm still very new to free motion quilting but figure that I can still watch it even if I'm not ready for it yet and can practice till I feel comfortable with these rulers and then actually quilt my quilt top. I love that I can watch and replay these classes at my own pace when I feel I'm ready. Thanks so much for doing all these great videos both free and purchased classes, they are definately worth it. You really inspire me, thanks again, keep the videos coming.

Don’t be discouraged. Just keep free motion quilting. Most people won’t even notice any baubles. If you enjoy it, do it. Getting better will just come naturally

What an incredible artist you are, i am light years away from getting at that level. Can you make a video about what settings you use for free hand and ruling work. I mean what stitching mode do you use. Thanks

I highly recommend playing around with the settings on your machine and find what works best for you. Most often I'm stitching in stitch-regulated mode with my stitch length set between 10-15spi. It's just what I'm most comforatble working with. :)

Natalia, I love watching your work and love this panel! I am a true beginner with FMQ, still trying to just not get "lost" when I'm free motion quilting. You do beautiful work and inspire me to keep practicing! Would this class be ok for a beginner or would I need to just buy the panel now and wait until I have my basics learned at least?

YAY! Welcome, we all start somewhere! I really think that anyone at any skill level can join and learn from this class, I will be quilting and answering questions live daily during the first few days of this class. There will be ruler work & many techniques of free-motion quilting, but if you're willing to learn it's a great class that will feature many different techniques.

Beautiful, any plans to make a Sway 2 or 1? I mainly make minis, with between 1.5"-3" blocks. I would love to learn to do ruler work in my borders when I have them. Of course, my favorite is feathers. I have never done any ruler work, and of course can not find anything small enough for what I need.

The numbers represent the size of circle that the ruler can be used to mark & quilt. :)
