Machining an AUDI S3 Keychain from 4140 alloy steel I Full

This is the long form video showing the process of machining a steel keychain / keyfob. Off camera I did an epoxy "enamel" fill in red and black. Epoxy is not enamel sadly, so it did not level out to a slick glossy finish. Instead we will wait til it cures and then give it a nice satin lacquer finish that will make it look nice and uniform. I do like that the machining marks are visible through the red though. I may revisit this soon in aluminium which is far easier on my machine.
