Is this type of machineable board porous of water permeable do you think? I'm looking machining making spacer frames foor roof vents out of in. The main sealing will be on the factory faces top and bottom (unmachined). But the machined edges will have some exposure to water. Useful video, thank you

Please do a video on rigid (type 1 and type 2) PVC which is even more popular than foam core PVC.

Thank you so much for you're knowloge. I was wondering if you know if pvc board is resistant to heat (about 100 degrees F). I know it's water repellent but I want to use it as a inner lining to a terrarium that will have hot spots getting up to about 95'F. Don't want it melting or bending due to heat. Thanks.

I’m very curious how that foam like core will due with water over time? It is porous right? Will it absorb water and gain weight? You say it won’t rot. How do you think this will do for a boat deck?

Just to clarify: Are the edges sealed? 😂

I would like to know if pvc foamboard is a hard or soft plastic? because machining this material is very easy and cut like butter. In some research that I do said that it is hard plastic. Thats true?
